Kenmore Oven not baking evenly Model #790.45492500

My Kenmore oven started not baking evenly a few months ago.  Anytime the electricity goes out, we have to reset the oven by turning off the breaker to the oven for it to start baking normally again. In the last few weeks I've noticed there is a blister on the right side of the element and sometimes when opening the oven door all of the way, the left side of the element sparks.  The hinge of the left side of the oven door makes a clicking sound when opening the door all of the way.  I'm not sure if this would just be a simple element replacement or if it is an electrical issue causing the oven issues.  The stove works fine.

you  need a element because of the blister for sure , but not sure what is up with the sparking if the element is still functioning  , or how the door opening can make that happen.  maybe i am just misunderstanding something
