I have an under counter Viking Beverage Center, 10 years old, that is dropping below the set temperature, freezing bottles. Unit is clean, fan is working.

Any ideas?

Unit is a VUAR143 Glass Door.

Replace the electronic cold control system and it should be fine.  I read that they are made by Marvel and that the Viking units had trouble with freezing the contents . The parts can be replaced through Marvel and are less expensive.  Hope this is helpful

Cold control system - the thermosisters or the control board?

If it is made by Marvel then they will sell a whole temp regulation kit. Potentiometer, thermistor and circuit board. Call Viking

This unit was never repaired. It is available for free, as is, in Canton Georgia. I am sure that it is repairable. roryrhodes@mindspring.com
