Customer complaint is overheating (???)  and loud noise (standard work)

Not sure, but looks to be a samsung built unit, with odd controls.

Would like a tech sheet to investigate overheating complaint.

Per my PD:

Tech Sheet is: W10239202

Wiring is: W1066310

Repair Clinic doesn't recognize that model number as valid. Double check it to make sure you have it right.
