My samsung dryer dv419aew/xaa is keeps on  generating  heat even though power is off but plugged to the outlet.

When i remove the power cord form the outlet is does not generate heat .

Anybody  has solution to this problem ?

Thought you might have a shorted heater but looking at the schematic it goes through a switch on the motor first on one side and the board on the other side. Would have to see if heater is getting voltage while unit is off.

Welded shut relay?

Need to test to determine what’s wrong. 

These tests would be live voltage tests 240v. 

Unless you are comfortable working with deadly live voltage and have a meter I’d suggest calling a service tech.
