Anyone have a tech sheet?

 

Having completely erratic temps in fresh food and freezer.   Makes ice fine but then ice melts into a lump and frreezs solid again 

 

Replaced both thermistors and waiting on a temp control board to come in but need some advice on what to do next and the tech sheet
