GE Profile PGS968 oven and broiler not working, burners and display fine

I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for solving a problem with a GE Profile oven (PGS968SEM355) where the oven and broiler both stopped working simultaneously, but the burners and display appear to be fine. The igniter on the oven was replaced less than two years ago (July 2016), but both it and the broiler's igniter do not appear to be lighting. The broiler is on top in this model.

Do ignitors glow?

No, neither are glowing, at top or bottom

It would be odd for both to be open. Really need to determine if they are getting voltage.

According to the schematic, they both share the same neutral coming off the control valves
