This one is Brazilian made! Unit will indicate cycle , agitate , get to end , hear  a click as sounding like pump trying top energize, activate break. No pump working. filter clean in top, have not drained, pump circuit isolated and read 34 ohms. Just trying to check board output and function.

Yep you need to see if the pump is getting voltage when it should be. 

Need to also ensure the are no drain obstructions.

Look for something blocking the impeller...if you hear like the pump is energizing, most likely a clog down there...make sure it's the pump you are hearing...

If you have voltage at the pump and it is not clogged replace the pump
