Hi guys i have a question regarding service manuals and bulletins for samsung and lg, i know that whirlpool has servicematters and Bosch has BSH portal for those information but how about Samsun or LG is there a specific sites to apply like service matters to have access to their service manuals and bulletins?  Thank you.

The only official way to get access to those is to be a authorized warranty provider. Otherwise you can still get almost anything you need via web search. Professional subscription on this site will get you just about everything you need. Well worth the $$$$ for an appliance tech.
