Frigidaire double wall oven model EW30EW65GS8

Hello,

I have a double wall oven that the upper oven is displaying a F10 and temperature is going well beyond the 350 degrees it is set for. I have tested temperature probe and it ohms out in range at 1100. The lower oven is operating normally. I see this oven has not only a ERC clock but also a variable speed board and relay board. My thought would be the relay board as it makes sense that if there was a shorted relay the elements would stay on once desired temp is reached. Does anyone have experience on this unit? Location of relay board? Does unit have to be removed from wall? Thank you in advance for any help.

Rick

Manufacturers suggested corrective action:

Check RTD sensor probe and replace if necessary. If oven is overheating, disconnect power. If oven continues to overheat when power is reapplied, replace relay board and/or display board.

I know this is an old post but customer stated that this is what is happening with their oven. When I went to diagnose the problem the oven worked fine. I was wondering if you came to a resolution for this problem? Thanks
