Hello. Customer says oven quit  heating during cooking. Presses cancel and then starts again ok.

Plus I could not access the manual request forum start a new topic from my ipad. ??

I tested accessing the forum on both an iPad and an iPhone, and it worked fine for me. If you run into the problem again, let me know more details about it, and I'll see what I can do.

As for your request, it seems there's no proper service manual or tech sheet for this one. However, the parts manual does have a schematic in it, so it's better than nothing:
