Manufacturer: Kenmore/Frigidaire
Type of Appliance: Wall Oven
Model Number: 790.41003601
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): yes

This wall oven heats to temperature but then stops heating and the temperature drops. If you then reset the temperature control knob it will heat again but then stops after heating up. I did a search for the manual but was unsuccessful. Other techs have said to replace the potentiometer and the control board and there is apparently a procedure you have to follow to program the new parts which is in the service manual. Thank you

Noticed that you are new here so I give you a little help. The manual is already in downloads.

Rewatch the video. Kenmore numbers can be a little more tricky to search for. Do not put the dot in the model number while searching. Try leaving some numbers off the end and add a *. Try leaving the first 3 numbers off and add a *. Try something like *4100360*

Thank you Lighthouse. After more searching I found the manual.
