I have a wolf double oven do30f/s where when using the lower over,  the oven will beep and show a "relay stuck" error message.   It doesn't seem to matter what bake mode the oven is in,  but it only happens on the lower oven.  Upper oven works fine.     I tried replacing the relay board for the lower oven but I still end up with the error.   I'm thinking it's not likely I got a replacement board with the same issue,  so it must be something else.  I can hear a relay chattering just before the error is thrown.

Thanks!

Pull the oven out and have it so you can see and hear where the relay noise if that’s the case ? Is actually coming from. If you can pinpoint it to the new control then yes you will need to replace the new control again. PS.  May sure it’s the correct replacement board  number also especially if you do find that the chatter is coming directly from a relay on the new board you replaced.

I'll try that.  Thinking maybe the chatter is coming from a different board?

The board part number matches the one I took out, so should be right.

So I think it is coming from the lower board,  they are right next to each other, so it's  little tough to tell.    Before getting another new board, would it be worth trying to swap the upper/lower oven boards to see if the problem moves?

No I wouldn’t switch them unless they are the exact same numbered boards. You don’t want to do any damage.  But I would inspect each board on the other side for any burnt contacts.  You can also put your finger on each relay and feel out which one is chattering also
