GE Microwave powers up but does not microwave

Microwave has been giving me problems for the last few months.  Sometimes shuts off on its own.  Lately it will not microwave anything.  Power is on and when you select a time, select a category (such as Vegetables), timer counts down, but microwave does not cook the food (fan does not come on), but timer does count down.  I've replaced the control board about 2 years ago.

Normally find a bad door switch when this happens. Test them for continuity. Some are open when door open and some when door closed.

When you test the switches like light house mentioned if the micro switches  for the door checks good , make sure you look at the electrical spade connections where they go into each switch also and if the plastic housing on the switches looks like it’s melting around the spade connections where they enter the switches    Change out that switch for a new one. Even though the switch may be testing ok it is heating up and ready to fail and or may be acting up intermittently.

are there multiple door switches for this microwave?  Just asking because I've watched a few videos and thought I saw multiple switches on some models.

Yes there are 3 to 4 door switches in a microwave.
