Hi Samarai,

I watched your YouTube video for GE refrigerator inverter.  The other part I have checked. The condense fan and evaporator fan is working. no frost build up. the heater is 31.2 ohm.  I can get 5.2 VDC from the motherboard and 124VAC from the input of inverter board.  So I thought the inverter board is not working. I change a new one. but the temperature is 24 and 58 F.  should I change the mother board or some felon is leaking?

Put a clamp on ammeter on one 120v wire going to the inverter and measure the current flow. That will tell you if the compressor is running.

 

What resistances did you measure at the compressor windings?
