My DD603 started grinding during the middle of the night and had an F1 error code. I turned off the power to the unit for several hours. When I turned it back on the same thing happened. Both drawers are flashing F1.

F1 indicates a water leak

have you searched as yet ?

Its the most common fault since they have been around since 2001 there is a lot of info available

I changed a hose about 8 or 9 years ago that mice had chewed on when it threw this code the last time. I don’t remember how to remove the drawers to access this area. There is no water evident in the basement below or near the washer. The previous owner had a mouse infestation. I’ve kept them out.

No leaks I can find in or around the machine.

If it’s got no leaks and there is no water in the base then it’s prob just a corroded mains filter board in the base of the unit

Can I get the parts to fix it and instructions as to how?

You can get the parts

the Manual you can possibly find on here or google should find ignition for you easily

Thanks much for the guidance!

Is this board common to both drawers and located in the bottom?

Thanks. I’ll try to source a mains board. I found a video through Google. I haven’t found a procedural manual as yet. My situation presents itself like your link. Dry as a bone.
