We bought a used Kenmore refrigerator/freezer (Model# 795.75084401). Occasionally we find a puddle on the floor and ice on the bottom of the freezer. Eventually the ice builds up enough that the freezer drawer won't close completely and then we start getting ice on the stuff in the freezer. We clear out the ice and things are fine for a few days and then the water starts showing up again. What is going on and what can I do about it?

Thanks,

--Mike

Sounds like defrost drain is plugged. Have to clear all the ice out of the drain tube & make sure tube is clear of debris.

Thanks for the reply? Where do I find this? I do not have a service manual.
