Hello all,  Maytag side by side fridge, freezer won't get colder than 24 degrees, FF side at 37.

Fans both working, coils clean, compressor runs constantly, will shut off if FF control set to 0.

Top of evaporator and copper tubing encased in frost/ice.

After melting ice off, ran for 16 hours and same Frost build up was on top of evaporator.

Also, after ice was melted, frost pattern on evaporator only showed on very top tube of evaporator.

Have photos but cannot find way to attach. New guy here.

After researching this forum I am leaning towards sealed system failure or jazz board .

Thanks for your help, this forum is fantastic

Based on description of frost pattern sounds like sealed system problem.
