Does anyone have any idea where I can get a new vacuum cleaner belt?  I have a Hoover upright, about 3 years old.

Try Ebay. I buy that kind of stuff there all the time.

You can shop online for vacuum cleaner parts.  I think www.davesvac.com  looks like it has the part you need.
