I searched for your model number following the directions in the video and found your manual in the download section.

Thank you for your response. I tried searching for it. I even used the pub number which I provided in my query (That’s why I was brave enough to make the request for the manual- lest I be accused of sacrilege). But if you say you found it I’ll try again. And yes, I have watched the “video”.

When searching GE publication numbers replace the 31 with an * and search using the rest of the publication number. In your case *40422

I found the publication number using JVM1790SK* Be sure to narrow your search to "Files"

Mini manual  31-40450 is also for your model but has a better wiring diagram. It is in the same download file with the 31-40422
