Looking at a 8/2018 version of this dishwasher. Try to start any wash cycle and the machine just wants to run drain pump. Sump is clear, water supply is good, anyway I added about 10 cups of water to sump and started a wash cycle. It drained and filled with water and began wash cycle. To start another wash cycle I had to add water to sump again. I ran a self test. Normal and Express flashed alternately. I then reset power . I have started and stopped 3 wash cycles successfully. ...why would the drain pump keep running and prevent a wash cycle to fill to start cycle? ? ?
