Manufacturer: Whirlpool
Type of Appliance: Washer
Model Number: Wtw4900bw0
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

Tried to search best I could. New here so probably not real good at serching. Got a Wtw4900bw0 . Bearing grinding in agitate. No noise in spin. So I assume it's not the main tub bearing. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Buddy53

Customer called back. He says it sounds more like plastic scraping plastic instead of a metal bearing.

Now that you have the file you needed, it's best that you post your questions about the repair in the Appliance Repair Tech forum, not in this topic. The Appliance Service Manual Requests forum is specifically for requesting technical literature, so any conversations discussing diagnostics/repairs just clutter things up.
