KitchenAid Dishwasher KDFE104DBL2 Dishes not dry

The dishes in my dishwasher are not getting dry - not even close. This is even when choosing Hi-temp wash and Heat Dry options.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Could be a heater system issue,( control heater sensor fuse, etc) but most of the time we see issues with operation.

water from tap in sink NEEDS to be 120-135 deg.

NEED to use rinseaid.

plastics use jetdry MAX rinseaid, and even then they may not dry.

in the dry portion does the heater get hot?

enter diagnosis to clear codes and reset control and try again. Look for error codes.( you will need the manual)  If all fails then call tech to diagnose heat system error

I am working on the same dishwasher with the same issues, what wound up being the problem with it? Sounds like a control board issue.
