How to subscribe to/edit a thread after creating?

I'm wondering how to subscribe to or edit one of my posts after I have already created it. I haven't seen this in the thread tools, I have noticed that I am given the option to edit the thread immediately after I create it but it seems like I lose this option at a certain point.

Good question! I moved this topic to the Site Orientation forum so all can see it.

You can edit your own posts for, I think, up to an hour after you first post. @Son of Samurai - please confirm.

As for subscribing to your own posts, check your notification settings in your profile. Pretty sure we have the default set to where people are automatically subscribed to topics they start and can they can opt into notifications for new replies to topics you’ve replied to. Notifications can be via email, on site, or both.
