I have tried searching the website for this model of dryer, but cannot find any manual nor information on this website’s Search area. I tried using the asterisk for variations of searching. Can anyone supply a Service Manual?

 

The customer says their dryer was continuing to run at the end of a cycle and had to unplug it for it to stop. They also reported they have to press in on the door firmly for it to start the cycle (likely a bad door switch, but I have not yet checked the dryer for faults).

The customer texted me their product label. It is a Kenmore 400 Electric Dryer 110.69422801.
