1750-016 Pilot gas solenoid valve

Recommended Posts

Posted

I'm looking for a Pilot Gas Solenoid valve for a High Capacity Robershaw gas valve (7000DERHC). I've checked around the internet and it seems that nobody keeps any stock of them and most places won't order them because Robertshaw has a 200 min order on those. Does anybody have a source for these or have one laying around? The gas valve is on a commercial dryer, but also looks like it is used in some larger furnaces. Thanks!

They probably don't want the liability of someone changing parts on their valves. I worked primarily on gas appliances in a previous service gig, and we always replaced the entire gas valve as a unit.
