Maytag top load washer Diagnostic mode

I have a Maytag top load washer mod # Mvwb765fwo that will go through all cycles but won’t spin and drain at the same time. It will drain then start to spin like it does when filling up with water. I was just wondering how to put this washer into diagnostic mode to see if anything cane up. Thanks

I don’t understand your problem. 

Washer generally always drain before spinning then start to slowly spin and ramp up. 

They never should spin during fill.

Btw, tech sheet is under top cover taped to inside front of Cabinet.
