 hello I searched but can't find anything beyond HSS25 wildcard and I'm not sure how relevant any of those are.

This has a really bad layer of frost in the freezer. Looking at schematics, it has the suspect glass tube heater (isnt that called a cal-rod?) And it also has a sensor but I need a manual please to see where that goes, and maybe some specs like voltage drop. Thanks in advance! Kevin
