Dishwasher runs but doesn’t clean at all. I’ve cleaned both filters and also verified that the water inlet valve is functioning well. There are no flashing lights and progresses through all cycles. Dishwasher is only 4 years old and recently just stopped washing, I removed the arm blades and cleaned them but the dishes aren’t being cleaned at all, please help!
