Cuisinart Thermoelectric Wine Fridge CWC-1600 won't cool.

Someone gave me this wine fridge. He was going to throw it away because it didn't cool. I figured I could fix it because I have fixed a couple wine fridges by replacing the compressor relay, and they start right up. Well this does not have a compressor. Just a fan and a heat sink of some sort. I googled it and I guess its thermoelectric. The fan blows but the fridge doesn't get cold. From what I have researched about this type they either work or don't. Anyone have experience with these? Or are they disposable? Is there an easy fix?

You need to find the replacement value.  If the manufacture still supports it, get the part number and where to buy the pwb.  I have also sent some similar pwbs to CoreCentric to be rebuilt.  You need to know the value to determine if it is worth repair.  Quite often wine friges can be bought for a few hundred dollars, which might make them uneconomical to repair.
