Replaced the door gasket and still having a defrost issue. Are doing the tech sheet airflow issue foam gasket removal.  Need a service manual please and schematic.

the mo1 I found here is not correct.

it shows a switch and four LEDs ours only has three.

Thank you Sam, but the manual you gave me has a switch and 4 LEDs.  So is it correct for this refrigerator that has only has a switch and 3 LEDs?

Please help me understand if I'm overlooking something.

That tech sheet was one of the ones Whirlpool listed for your model, so it should apply. However, just in case, here's the other tech sheet they provided. It still shows four LEDs, but it also says that one of them isn't present on all models.

 Thank you Sam. I will have a look at this one. If they had that disclaimer in the other one I apologize for missing it.          I think it's important, they should let us know since their chart needs four columns to be complete. But I guess it's like your dad says -The manufacturers don't always do a good job at giving us what we need.

Hey Sam,

Forgive me if this is not the right place to ask for help. But I have another question on this.  I read through the tech sheet thoroughly. This one makes more sense with the three LEDs matching the three column diagnostic chart.  it's definitely a different chart from the other one I looked at.

I understand the board can only check a thermistor for open or closed , and my evap sensor could very well be out of spec. (73k @ iced up evap temp, freezer was minus 10)

 But I don't see any way to put it in manual defrost, to check the defrost voltage output of that board to see if it is operating correctly.

I'm trying to not be a parts changing monkey. But I'm starting to crave bananas.

If  there is another sheet I need to read or video I need to watch I will happily do it. Thanks in advance.
