Jake's Repair Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 Manufacturer: Alliance/Speed Queen Type of Appliance: commercial washer Model Number: SWNNC2SP113TW02 Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes Link to a spec sheet I am trying to locate the service manual for a Speed Queen SWNNC2SP113TW02. It doesn’t show up in Repair Clinic but a google search verifies it is a good model number. I have a pic of the model tag attached. I am particularly interested in information on the control panel and how to get it to not keep going into the audit feature when the start button is pushed twice. There are 5 other washers exactly the same there and none of them do it. It looks like it was manufactured in 2017. I have the manual for the older model but the panel is not the same.
Jake's Repair Posted January 17, 2019 Author Posted January 17, 2019 Ignore the code. I fixed that already. Thanks!

Jake's Repair Posted January 31, 2019 Author Posted January 31, 2019 Forgot to update the solution. The “maintenance guy” had apparently been trying to fix the washer and hadn’t told his boss. It kept going into audit mode because it thought the coin door was open. The reason was he had unplugged the wires from the coin tray switch and plugged them back incorrectly. I fixed the wiring and thus the machine works correctly again. Thank you for the manuals!
