Link to a spec sheet I am trying to locate the service manual for a Speed Queen SWNNC2SP113TW02. It doesn’t show up in Repair Clinic but a google search verifies it is a good model number. I have a pic of the model tag attached. I am particularly interested in information on the control panel and how to get it to not keep going into the audit feature when the start button is pushed twice. There are 5 other washers exactly the same there and none of them do it. It looks like it was manufactured in 2017. I have the manual for the older model but the panel is not the same.

Forgot to update the solution. The “maintenance guy” had apparently been trying to fix the washer and hadn’t told his boss. It kept going into audit mode because it thought the coin door was open. The reason was he had unplugged the wires from the coin tray switch and plugged them back incorrectly. I fixed the wiring and thus the machine works correctly again. Thank you for the manuals!
