The oven works fine but the broiler doesn't.

Replaced the igniter for the broiler, it glows but wouldn't light the broiler.

did you put an amp meter on the broil igniter . you need to be pulling  3 amps at least for that valve to open. if its not pulling at least 3 amps then replace that new igniter and try it again Clamp your meter on one of the broiler igniter leads and if its pulling at least 3 amps but not lighting , chances are you may have a bad broiler valve.  This oven has a dual gas valve for broil and bake.  chances are since you replaced the broiler valve igniter it is probably alright.  But,  meter check your amperage draw  for the broil igniter. if that tests ok along with good burner ports at the igniter, and the wiring from the igniter  to the dual valve is good then the valve for the broiler operation is most likely kaput.  Give the broiler valve a contnuity check if its open replace that broil and bake  dual gas valve system.
