Triple beep = no start Kenmore 110.28002010

Machine is plugged in, all controls and buttons work but when you press start you get a triple beep and nothing happens. Manual mentions nothing about a control lock but I thought I would ask here before I start troubleshooting.  Problem started after a power outage during the Seattle Snopocalypse.

Sorry it’s a washer- top loading HE

110.xxxxxxxx would make this a Whirlpool-built unit. In normal operation, these units will triple-beep if you try to start a cycle with the lid open. I'd check the Lid Switch first.

Locate tech sheet on unit and put into diagnostic mode.
