Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

My tech is in need of the Service manual and tech sheet for a ZISS420DMBS Refrigerator. He needs to replace the main control board but it did not come with installation instructions.

If you replace the last few digits with the wildcard character, you'll pull up a lot of different documents that pertain to your model. This video shows how to do that:
