Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): yes

No power to unit. I have a service bulletin and a tech sheet w10142800 but it came from mo.#MDB7749 search and just want to make sure it the correct one

Yes, that's the correct tech sheet for your model.

Thank you, I did have that with me and it matched the tech sheet on the unit. By the way I was trying to test for 5vdc to the control panel and on a few pins, i believe in the U/I led line pin# 7 8 9 & 10 I was reading some 1vdc and others 2vdc. Their should be only 5vdc there  right or am I testing this pin strip wrong. I'm not sure where the neutral is, I used a spot that said test point neutral. I would appreciate some help on this so I can verify whether the problems in the main control or the touch pad. Thank you

Just to keep things organized, could you post your question as a new topic in the Appliance Repair Tech forum? We try to keep this forum to only manual requests. Plus, if you post in the Tech forum, it'll be much easier for other techs to find your post and pitch in their advice.
