Fillcorp Posted April 2, 2019 Posted April 2, 2019 Manufacturer: Kenmore/Electrolux Type of Appliance: Stack washer/dryer Model Number: 417.61722510 Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes I’m looking for the tech sheet but, I also need something to help me understand the mechanical functions of the washer. (Service Manual) Example: How does the shifter engage?
Team Samurai Son of Samurai Posted April 3, 2019 Team Samurai Posted April 3, 2019 See this post in the Dojo for Electrolux and Frigidaire info. As for getting tech help, best to post a new topic in the Appliance Repair Tech Forum for that.
Fillcorp Posted April 3, 2019 Author Posted April 3, 2019 Ok, I have the data from that site. Is there not a service manual, showing where components are and how the machine works mechanically? Even if I follow the beeps to the problem, how do I know how to make the repair?

They can be difficult to find, especially with a Kenmore model number, but if you can identify the platform of the machine you're working on, then you may find a manual there. Keep in mind too that both Repair Clinic and Appliancepartspros have produced a lot of videos showing disassembly and part replacements.
