My apologies I was referring  to the mullion heat. Just note here the tech sheets mention  Enter Service mode by pressing the "Water", "Crushed", and "Cubed" buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds but on this model there is no crushed Ice to enter service mode you need to press water ice and light simultaneously for 3 seconds to enter into service diagnostic mode.

That is the PUB for your exact model. No other bulletins or docs on this. 

This is one of the frustrations where they make one tech sheet that applies to lots of different models with "slight" variations, like missing a keypad you need for the magic key dance. Sometimes the same key dance works but there's another key that's used instead of the one that's missing.
