MODEL: GTUP240GM5WW Unitized Laundry Center
 
There is very little info on these units online. I was able to locate the service manual. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1NW...FPrqSd53tACrbt. I am trying to get it into the field service diagnostic mode with no luck. The only blinking light is the "wash" one at most of the knob positions. .

Now I essentially get little response. My thought is maybe the control board is toasted and thats why I cant get it into diagnostics?
 
Appreciate any insight.

Yes if all steps are followed exactly for diagnostics and it does not work it’s usually a control issue. 

However we do not know your original problem. You’re video had no sound.
