The thermometer to my oven that connects to its thermostat snapped off the other day. Now when I turn the oven on it just goes at full heat all the time. The stove is an old GE hotpoint, model RGB5241F0AD. I have attached some pictures that show the model number and thermostat. Can anyone advise one what to do?

I can't reattach the thermometer probe to it's wire by soldering can I?

I assume I will need to purchase a replacement. Will I need an entire thermostat or can I just get the thermometer probe?

Entire thermostat needs replaced and I believe it’s no longer available.
