Kenmore Fridge model #59672383411 Not making ice

I have a Kenmore fridge and the model number is 59672383411. The optic boards we're not lit up and return fan motor was not operable when I arrived. When I return to install these parts it had made half a bucket of misshapen ice. Install these parts and it has never made ice again. Anybody have an idea what I can do check or something that I am missing?

Were you able to resolve the ice maker issue?
