Whirlpool Gold refrigerator GS6NBEXRB01 not cooling fridge but freezer is working. Looking for troubleshooting advice!

I checked the defrost system - there was no ice on the coils and the defrost fan is running. Manually defrosted freezer last week and replaced defrost timer just in case. No change. Freezer is on setting 5 and cooling to about -5 degrees. Fridge setting is on setting 7 coldest and only getting to about 50 degrees. When the fridge side is running, I put my hand by the damper vent at the top of the fridge and I can feel cold air coming in.

What else can I check?  🙂

TY for any advice!

Is evaporator fan running?

Hello, yes, the evaporator fan in the freezer is running.  Thank you for the flow chart - it looks like my next step would be to "replace air damper assembly".  :)

Before replacing damper, check air return to freezer section.
