Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): YES

If I look up MDB760* I get a tech sheet but the diagnostic mode does not work this model. The user inerface on this model doesn’t have a rinse only cycle. Trying to get the detergent door to open manually and test. Tried normal heated dry didn’t got into test mode, tried the standard 3 button combination didn’t work either.

You could go to sears parts site and get the tech sheet number then come back here and see if it comes up!

I like to use Sears Parts Commercial Account that can be set up in minutes. Just put in any information in there forum and they will send you access to there parts site with no advertising at all.Very clean site and works well on mobile devices.
