Ice dispenser and water dispenser not working

Recommended Posts

I have a Frigidaire side by side with the water and ice dispenser in the door, model FRS6LF7JS5, and it's not dispensing water or ice.  The ice maker is producing plenty of  ice.  The freezer door light was working but now is not working even though the bulb is a good bulb. But, the freezer door switch shows continuity by the tester. Maybe there is no power/current at the door switch in the freezer-how do I test this?    Assuming the solenoid for water valve is ok or I would not be getting ice, right?  I have replaced all switches that I know of except the micro switch that is a single pole/double throw which is activated when you depress for  ice or water.  Sorry for the rambling and thanks for helping a novice out.

Never mind.  I'm dumb.  I didn't realize it was a 3 wire connection even though it had 3 terminals on the switch.  Duh-3rd wire had fallen behind the interior wall.    Please excuse.
