Kenmore 700 series stuck outer barring race

Hello Im new to this forum, Been in the Hvacr trade for about 16 years and the last 6 years Iv been working on a few appliances. Any way some times i run in to an issue where the outer barring race stays stuck inside the base of the outer drum with hardly no way to remove it. You cant heat it due to the plastic wash drum and I haven't had any luck with a cold chisel due to the hardness of the barring metal. Do the make some kinda tool to remove those stuck barrings ? Thanks

you need to supply a model # and serial # of the appliance your working on. Without that information your not going to get the proper help and advice Jeepjones85 ok.  .
