LG lfxs24623s freezer noticed not cooling, fridge holding 49F

First noticed in-door icemaker not making ice.  Then noticed food in freezer not hard, kinda soft, but still cool.  Temp in fridge area not holding to displayed set temp either, but still cooling to about 49F.  I can hear the fans running, but no air is coming from vents in either compartment with doors open.  Fan by compressor at rear is running, verified.  Took door off freezer, taped door switch in closed position, no air movement out of duct work.  Took coil cover off and disconnected fans, and 'frost picture' is as normal...light coating of frost over all of the coil assembly.  No odd water backups in trays or frost buildup.

I have a good fluke meter, but not the micro probes...not sure what to test.  Hitting the 'reset' button (according to one of your videos on youtube) once or holding for three seconds doesnt seem to do anything; fridge temp display does not change.  I want to check the freezer fan motors (two) with the fluke meter somehow, but unsure how or what to test.

If you can find the service manual for that fridge there is usually a way to go to the main board and press a button and put machine into diagnostic modes.

One mode turns on all the fans and keeps them on even with doors open so you can verify if they are good.
