On this particular dryer the thermal fuse had blown...before replacing it I noticed that when I pressed start set on time dry, the motor did not run but the heat element would come on heating up the cabinet. I changed the thermal fuse and the motor then ran but eventually got hot and blue the fuse. Now this is without any venting hooked up with good airflow. This is electronic control. The error code stored in diagnostic was f4e4 I believe. Loss of votage. Checked votages and we're good. Any help would be appreciated!

+1 for grounded out element. Check for continuity between the heater element terminal and the housing.
