GE Hotpoint model HSM25GFRFSA refrigerator that won't dispense ice or water.  Ice maker makes ice with the bin full of it. When I press the ice dispenser, there is no sound.  Doing the same but with the ice bin removed from the refrigerator, the Auger claw does not turn after pressing the dispenser arm w/ door closed.  How can I test if it's a bad auger motor or a bad solenoid? Any other advice?

I suspect the water inlet valve is bad too w/ no water coming out of dispenser, but ice cubes in the bin.
