Model Number: JT950B0A3BB
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Y
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Y

Customer has this oven and the lower oven does not shut down according to him. (Bake? Broil? Both?) I havent seen it yet. Doesnt know about the top one. Says only way to shut it off is the throw the C/B.

Tech sheet would be helpful presuming he doesnt have his, or a service manual?

Right now I'm thinking a stuck relay or the EOC is sending a power up signal to relay board.

Hope he has the tech sheet in case theres one not here
