I’m looking at a wiring diagram for this unit. This one does not have an inverter. If you’re confident the compressor is running, then we may be looking at refrigerant leak in the sealed system. Here are a few things to check while the unit is running. First, remove the evaporator cover - that is the lower section of the back wall of the freezer compartment. Should only need to remove 4 to 8 screws.  On a healthy refrigeration system with an operating compressor there should be an even but thin layer of frost covering the tubing. Bare tubing beads of water may indicate insufficient amount of refrigerant in the system - hence a leak. Second, If you have a IR gun for reading temperature, go around to the back of the unit and shoot the temperature of the condenser coil. It looks like a cylindrical bird cage. In a healthy system the temperature should be about 30 degrees above ambient - say 90 or 100 degrees. A lower temperature would again indicate a leak. Let me know what you find.
